You will manage planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout with external consultants and contractors to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, AZ PE or eligibility within a year, and 6+ years in civil engineering or project management.
