Perform a comprehensive range of transactional duties to serve members across all channels-in-person, phone, and digital solutions.

Build new member relationships while strengthening existing ones to create an exceptional member experience. Accurately maintain financial records and provide a variety of member savings, share draft/checking and credit account transactions in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with prospective and current members, while positively representing the credit union and consistently demonstrating our FIRST values.
