Mark Kelly for Senate is the campaign organization for Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona. Re‑elected to a six‑year term in 2022 after a groundbreaking win in the 2020 special election, Senator Kelly is a proven leader in the Senate and an independent voice for Arizonans. Mark Kelly for Senate is continuing to build its team by hiring a full‑time Compliance and Finance Associate to support the campaign’s operations.

This role will work closely with our finance team and compliance consultants to track and process all contributions made to the campaign. Additionally, this role will support the finance team with document creation, event support, and direct donor communication.

Ideal candidates will be detail‑oriented, self‑starters with an interest in Democratic campaigns, have a strong work ethic and a willingness to take ownership of wide‑ranging responsibilities, and be able to multitask and work in fast‑paced environments.
Duties- Process campaign contributions from multiple sources.
- Communicate with donors regarding their campaign contributions.
- Work with finance team members to ensure our programs are FEC‑compliant.
- Assist the compliance team in ensuring all campaign database data is well‑maintained.
- Check the campaign PO Boxes to ensure contributions are received and processed within FEC‑required guidelines.
- Support other finance programs as needed, including call time, in‑state, and national fundraising.
- Other responsibilities as required.
- Tremendous attention to detail.
- Well‑versed in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive projects at the same time.
- Previous campaign compliance or finance experience is welcome but not required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.

- Salary: $5,500 monthly, payable through regular payroll
