- Maintain Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements for capacitization investments
- Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
- Support related financial forecasting
- Analyze earned value metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred
- Provide leading-indicator guidance to CGO leadership and Business management
- Integrate and manage large suppliers involved in material and manufacturing development
- Communicate with Cost Account Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads, CGO leadership, and Finance leadership
- Provide analysis, insight, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and bottom-line results
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, and other functional disciplines
- Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and/or Power Point
- Preferred: experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance, and surveillance
- Preferred: experience with SAP, including PRISM MRP
- Preferred: strong presentation, communication, and professional skills
- Ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
- Proven analytical skills
- Preferred: experience with Raytheon Program Management Tool Suite
- Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
- U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Security clearance is not required
Demonstrates expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and financial forecasting, with strong analytical skills to support strategic decision-making. Proficient in communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.
