Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services

Provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients
Gather data, review documents and prepare quality of earnings reports
Research and conduct financial analysis of target companies
Perform due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional client service
Work side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business
Participate in firm marketing and recruiting activities
Network and build strong internal and external relationships with clients and the community
Invest in individual professional development and firm-wide learning programs
Support team member growth through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy

• 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills
• Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
• Ability to generate data-driven insights
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience presenting analyses to management
• Ability to lead and drive initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
• Ability to comfortably interact with senior-level client personnel, including supporting preparation of and participating in executive briefings
