Consumer Lending Title Specialist , II, III, Senior

• Provide foundational support for the Consumer Lending Title Department
• Process title-related documentation and administer physical and electronic documents and records
• Perfect, maintain, and release lien perfection requirements through titles, UCC filings, and other collateral instruments
• Handle moderate-volume inbound and outbound telephone interactions
• Verify loan payoff status using daily paid-loan activity reports
• Obtain payoff information, process payoff authorizations, validate payments and collateral ownership, and prepare stop payments as needed
• Release titles and respond to title, lien satisfaction, and payoff-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in the title management system
• Perform title follow-up on direct and indirect dealer loans
• Research aged pending-title accounts and unusual activity, communicate concerns to management, and collaborate with other departments
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards
• Report to the Consumer Lending Title Supervisor

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ethical, self-motivated, resourceful, with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new computer systems
• For Consumer Lending Title Specialist II: proven acceptable performance standards with limited guidance from supervisors or management; directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm

Demonstrates expertise in processing title-related documentation, lien perfection, and compliance with regulations in the Consumer Lending sector. Proficient in maintaining accurate records and effective communication to support title management operations.
