Financial Analyst | Chandler, AZ (Primarily Remote)

Vaco is partnering with a growing and established organization to hire a Financial Analyst. This position will support financial reporting, forecasting, modeling, dashboard development, and operational analysis while partnering closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams. Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and analysis activities
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Create and enhance dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
• Analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
• Interpret financial trends, variances, and key performance metrics
• Investigate fluctuations in costs and operating results to identify underlying business drivers
• Analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations teams on reporting and analysis initiatives
• Present financial information clearly and accurately to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Manufacturing industry experience (Preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements, charts, and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts
• Experience building financial models and performing data analysis
• Familiarity with general ledger concepts and journal entries
• Ability to identify trends, question results, and understand business drivers behind financial performance
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• $85, base salary plus bonus
