We are a well‑established, results‑driven medical spa seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our expert provider team. This role is ideal for a confident, skilled clinician with a minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a medical aesthetics environment who values patient outcomes, education, and elevated care.

This is a provider‑level position for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing a full treatment day, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary medical aesthetics team. You will deliver advanced esthetic and laser treatments, educate patients on treatment plans and skincare, and contribute to a luxury, relationship‑based practice.

We invest heavily in training, technology, and premium brands and are looking for a provider who takes pride in mastery of their craft.

• Active Arizona Esthetician license (laser certification required)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting
• Proven experience performing laser and energy‑based treatments
• Strong consultation skills and ability to build customized treatment plans
• Confidence educating patients on services, series, and medical‑grade skincare
• Excellent clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Experience with premium brands and advanced modalities, including:

• Hydrafacial

• Face Reality Acne Boot Camp
• PCA Chemical Peels
• Advanced acne management and corrective skincare
• Experience with multiple laser platforms and modalities (we operate over a dozen laser and energy‑based technologies)

Familiarity with combination treatment planning (lasers + microneedling + facials) is a strong plus.

• Perform advanced esthetic and laser treatments safely and effectively
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans and series
• Educate patients on skincare, post‑care, and long‑term treatment strategies
• Maintain accurate, compliant charting and documentation
• Uphold all laser safety standards and protocols
• Contribute to a positive, professional, luxury patient experience
• Collaborate with providers, injectors, and leadership to optimize outcomes
