Pigtails & Crewcuts is a premier children’s salon franchise with a national presence and a heart for family. We specialize in providing stress-free, kid-friendly haircuts for boys and girls from babies to tweens (and their parents, too)!

What We Offer:

• Competitive guaranteed base wage, plus tips and benefits with opportunity for growth

• Compensation: $26 - $36+ per hour (includes tips, commission, and bonuses). Sign on and loyalty bonuses as well.

• Flexible scheduling – Our store hours are 10:00 am - 6 pm (Monday
  - Friday) and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturday
  - Sunday).

• Shifts:
  
  Day, Morning, Afternoon, Rotating, Rotating Weekends, Weekends only, Weekdays only.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have a valid AZ cosmetology or barber license

• Enjoy working with children and families

• Are friendly, patient, and outgoing

• Have strong communication and customer service skills

• Work well in a team and a fast-paced setting

• Are available to work some weekend shifts

Bonus points if you:

• Can braid

• Have previous experience in kids’ haircuts

• Are bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality children’s haircuts

• Deliver memorable experiences for both kids and parents

• Keep your station and salon clean and welcoming

• Support teammates and contribute to a fun, positive culture

• Recommend products and add-on services where appropriate
