Accurately fill medication orders with correct strength, dosage form, and quantity in a timely manner;
Assure all medication orders are verified by pharmacist prior to dispensing;
Restock automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs) and stock IV room medications; prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded products per USP guidelines;
Assist in training and educating new pharmacy technician staff and participate in performance improvement initiatives;
Maintain quality assurance logs and comply with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
