Earn a base salary of up to $95,000, depending on experience, plus take advantage of our uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program - your earning potential is truly in your hands.
We also offer company-paid benefits, meaning no deductions from your paycheck for medical, life, or disability insurance.
Enjoy a generous PTO policy that gives you time to truly recharge – only work a total of 11 months a year, but get paid for the full twelve.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
- Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
- Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
