Job Details Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services focusing on orthopedics, sports rehab, post-op recovery, and pain management
  • Provide personalized one-on-one care with 40-minute treatment sessions to drive optimal patient outcomes
  • Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Participate in continuing education and potential leadership development pathways
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive clinic environment
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arizona (or eligible; new grads welcome)
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered care
  • Ability to work flexible hours including potential opening/closing shifts (Mon-Thu 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-3pm typical)
  • Commitment to professional growth and team collaboration
