Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Kingman, AZ. This full-time position involves providing exceptional physical therapy services to students throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure an integrated approach to student health and education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including progress notes and treatment records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
• Provide training and support to school staff and parents on strategies to assist students in achieving their physical therapy goals.
• Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of physical therapy, especially as they pertain to pediatric and school-based therapy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid state licensure for Arizona
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred, though not required
• Strong munication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
