About Arbor Therapy

Founded in 2017, Arbor Therapy is one of Arizona s fastest-growing pediatric outpatient therapy providers. We provide compassionate, evidence-based Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Feeding Therapy services to individuals from birth through young adulthood.

What You ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping clients develop the skills needed for success at home, school, work, and within their communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions
  • Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families
  • Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations
  • Complete timely electronic documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development

Qualifications

  • Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligible before start date)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Current Fingerprint card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with pediatric clients and their families

Preferred

  • Pediatric outpatient experience
  • Sensory integration experience
  • Feeding therapy experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
