  Primarily nights (10 & 12-hour shifts), 3–4 shifts per week; must be flexible to work days and at least one weekend shift per month

• Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center

• Credentialing Timeline: AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks; IMLC: ~2 months;
  Non-Licensed: ~3 months (based on clean background). Credentialing can begin with pending license.

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in a supervised model.
• Provide anesthesia coverage for obstetrics, including high-risk OB cases, as well as pediatric and neuro cases.
• Participate in night and weekend shift rotations, including 3–6 night shifts per month.
• Maintain flexibility to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month across OB and OR settings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and uphold patient safety standards.
