Guest Experience Associate Part Time

Overview

Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and offers an opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ.

• Thursdays – Overnight from 11PM to 7AM
• Saturdays – Typically 10AM‑6:30PM
• Sundays – Might vary but typically from 10AM‑7PM

• Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude toward guests.
• Maintain professional relationships with guests, clients, vendors, and all staff.
• During the overnight shift, ensure each guest has checked out with a Stay Sojo team member, collect signatures and keys, and notify the appropriate party if keys are lost.
• Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Inspect units upon checkout for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests.
• Supply units with additional guest supplies when necessary.
• Monitor the property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as they arise.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years operations, housekeeping, and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests.
• Bilingual a plus.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

• Ability to travel on occasion for meetings.
