Prepares, delivers and retrieves all food items using standard guidelines for quality, infection control, sanitation, safety and chemical usage.;
Puts away all items once they are clean and dry to their designated area.;
Retrieves patient trays from soiled utility room after each meal.;
Complies with sanitation standards including hand washing, proper attire, and clean work areas.;
Maintains sanitary handling, preparation, display and storage of food and supplies in the Cafeteria.
