Skilled Trades/Manufacturing
- Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Med Device experience

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Recruitment in Skilled Trades
  - Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Med Device experience
• Experience handling High Volume sourcing and hiring
• Experience in sourcing through Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other sourcing channels
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
• MUST be in the Phoenix, AZ area. This would be a Hybrid role in Phoenix/Glendale.
