- Manage 20-30 mid-to senior-level professional and technical requisitions simultaneously across multiple office locations.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive research, and passive-candidate engagement.
- Leverage AI-driven tools, data insights, and ATS capabilities (e.g., Ashby) to optimize sourcing workflows, pipeline visibility, and decision-making.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring expectations.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offer support.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on search progress, pipeline quality, and hiring timelines.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of Gen's brand.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform search strategy, improve pipeline quality, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and internal policies across all stages of recruitment.
- Support onboarding coordination and transition activities for newly hired employees.
- Proven experience recruiting mid-to senior-level professional and/or technical talent in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (20-30 roles) across multiple locations.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operating in a consultative recruiting model.
- Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing expertise
- Strong AI fluency and data literacy
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
