Join us!  Summary The Culture Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team and serves as a program lead responsible for the planning, execution, communication, and continuous improvement of employee culture, engagement, recognition, and experience initiatives.  This position exercises independent judgment in coordinating and administering multiple programs and serves as a primary point of contact for employee experience initiatives across the stadium.

The Culture Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations associated with culture and engagement programs, provides leadership and direction to the part-time Employee Experience Ambassador team, and partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered effectively and consistently.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
· Lead the execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives for stadium employees, ensuring programs align with organizational culture and employee experience objectives.
· Create and maintain program calendars, timelines, communication plans, and execution strategies.
· Plan and lead employee activities, events, meetings, presentations, and other culture-focused experiences.
· Collect and analyze employee experience data, including monthly and annual surveys, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Create reports, presentations, and recommendations based on employee experience data for the Training & Culture Manager and leadership.
· Create employee communications and promotional materials to support culture and engagement programs.
· Evaluate program results and recommend improvements to increase participation, engagement, and the overall employee experience.

Welcome Center & Reward Center
· Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Welcome Center and Reward Center.
· Create processes and standards to keep both areas organized, prepared, and aligned with employee experience goals.
· Manage inventory, identify purchasing needs, and coordinate restocking with internal teams and external partners.
· Oversee staffing, event preparation, supplies, materials, and documentation.
· Identify operational issues and independently implement solutions or process improvements within established guidelines.
· Ensure both centers provide a consistent, welcoming, and engaging employee experience.
