Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Oracle ERP (Fixed Assets & Projects Module) Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite, specializing in Fixed Assets and Oracle Projects modules (Project Costing & Billing). The ideal candidate will partner with Finance and Project Accounting teams to implement, enhance, and support Oracle ERP solutions, ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management and project financial tracking.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets and Projects modules.
- Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Experience with GL, AP, and AR integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle Fixed Assets (capitalization, depreciation, retirements).
- Support Oracle Projects (project setup, costing, billing, revenue recognition).
- Perform gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and reporting.
- Support SIT/UAT and post-production issue resolution.
