Shipping & Returns Technical Support Rep
Location : 100% Onsite - by Desert Ridge (51 & 101)
Schedule : 7am to 5:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - 8 hour set shift.
Job Description: The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).
Required Qualifications- Must have excellent written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
- Experience creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a plus!!

Contract to Hire, Glendale, AZ.
Pay range: $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
