Prosum is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join its customer-facing team in Glendale, Arizona. This Tier 2 role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues within a cloud-based business platform, directly partnering with customers and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in SaaS application support and strong technical troubleshooting skills. Experience with SQL and REST APIs is also essential. This role does not involve desktop support or call-center environments.
