Job Summary:

• Provide end‑user hardware and software support onsite in a fast‑paced environment.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues for end‑users.
• Support mobile device team and assist with device management using Tanium or Workspace One MDM.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for workstations and laptops.
• Offer technical support for Microsoft Windows and Office in a networked environment.
• Utilize Service Now ticketing software for tracking and resolving incidents.
• Manage user accounts and support tasks in Active Directory.
• Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation and system specifications.
• Work irregular hours, including second/third shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as required for 24x7 operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel while providing first and second level technical support.
• Lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
• Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a federal background check as part of employment requirements.
