- Business Systems Analyst

We seek a highly analytical and collaborative Digital Systems Integration
- Business Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise systems across our digital ecosystem. This role serves as a critical bridge between business operations and technology teams, ensuring operational needs are translated into scalable, efficient system solutions.

As part of the Digital Systems Integration (DSI) organization, you will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Facilities, Training, and Maintenance teams to support system deployments across ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS, and reporting platforms. You will play a key role in enabling the Model T program, supporting both early-stage system design and long-term operational optimization.

This is a hands-on role focused on business process analysis, requirements documentation, system integration support, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on building a connected and data-driven digital operating environment.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions across operational work streams
• Document business, functional, system, workflow, reporting, and data requirements
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes, including:
• Process mapping and workflow documentation
• Gap analysis and optimization opportunities
• Requirements traceability and business impact assessments
• Ensure all requirements are validated, approved, and implementation-ready

• Support integration across enterprise platforms, including:
• ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS, and analytics/reporting systems
• Document process flows, system interactions, and data dependencies
• Help establish a unified digital ecosystem with minimized manual effort

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Facilities, and Program Management
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align on operational goals
• Act as a trusted advisor for system adoption and process improvement

• Support test planning and execution:
• Test script development
• UAT coordination
• Defect tracking and issue resolution
• Go-live readiness validation

• Define reporting requirements with stakeholders and leadership
• Support development of:
• Operational dashboards
• KPI scorecards
• Executive reporting and business intelligence solutions

• Assist with data governance frameworks and standards
• Support data mapping, validation, and master data management
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of operational data

• Process improvement or digital transformation
• Experience supporting enterprise systems in:
  Manufacturing, industrial, logistics, semiconductor, or data center environments
• Process mapping and workflow design
• Systems implementation and integration
• Data governance and reporting/analytics
• Experience working on enterprise software deployments or transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Pay: $55hr - $65hr
