Team Velocity Marketing is seeking an entry level Website Support Specialist (L1) to join our Phoenix, AZ office. You will work closely with Customer Success, OEM, and Development teams to troubleshoot website issues and maintain content.
A working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web-building software is expected, with a strong customer-service mindset. You will learn our Apollo® technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle requests via email, phone, and web submissions.
