What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day paralegal support to the General Counsel and legal leadership team
- Manage, and assist with the review and drafting of a wide range of legal documents including contracts, NDAs, amendments, and correspondence
- Coordinate contract lifecycle management, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and approvals
- Maintain corporate records, entity filings, and compliance documentation
- Assist with regulatory filings, permits, licenses, and government correspondence as needed
- Conduct legal and factual research related to hospitality, entertainment, real estate, employment, and corporate matters
- Help manage legal workflows, calendars, and document management systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Development, Entertainment, and Operations teams
- Manage, in collaboration with Finance, the risk management/insurance review functions
- Communicate effectively with vendors on contract/relationship coordination and issues
- Support litigation matters, claims, and outside counsel coordination, including document collection and organization
- Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, corporate, risk management or construction environments
- Strong working knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, risk management and compliance processes
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days look the same
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A curiosity to learn new things and grow

- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program required
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Experience working with document management systems and Microsoft Office required
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds (files, binders, laptops)
- Ability to work extended hours as needed during peak project or business periods
- Hybrid schedule available
- Salary, exempt position
- Salary range: $75,000 - 85,000
