THE ROLE

The day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Full P&L oversight and leadership of daily operations.
• Implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Driving a cultural transformation to boost customer engagement and team accountability.
• Leading and coaching a 15‑person team with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Reporting to the Group GM while maintaining autonomy.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• At least 7 years in high‑end construction, building products, or luxury home services.
• Experience in windows and doors, with a strong understanding of luxury clientele.
• Sales leadership and customer engagement experience.
• AZROC license or willingness to obtain one.
• Not required to have prior PE‑backed or GM‑level experience, but must show potential to lead.

LOCATION

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Basic Salary: $120,000–$150,000
• Quarterly Bonus: 10 % of EBITDA growth
• 200k OTE
