Service Manager – Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration

Midway Mechanical Services is hiring a high-impact Service Manager to lead and expand our Phoenix service division. This is an opportunity to step into a market with strong brand recognition and scale a service operation with real autonomy.

• Lead and grow a team of HVAC/R technicians
• Own day-to-day service operations, dispatch, billing, and performance management
• Drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and strategic business development
• Recruit and develop top service talent
• Manage P&L, margins, KPIs, and operational performance
• Quote, estimate, and close commercial service opportunities

• 6+ years in commercial HVAC/R or plumbing
• 4+ years leading a service department
• Strong customer & technician contacts who want to continue working with you
• Experience managing P&L and improving service margins
• Strong estimating and client relationship skills
• Proven ability to scale teams and drive revenue growth

• $120K–$140K base + performance bonus
