Area General Manager

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager to oversee food service operations at 10 locations of the Maricopa Community Colleges, located in Maricopa County, AZ. The Area General Manager will have excellent client relations skills and will be the main point of contact for each location. We are also seeking an AGM with strong financial skills and leadership abilities. Valid Driver's License is required.

• have strong financial acumen, and P&L background
• have experience managing multiple locations or business segments
• ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
• experience developing exceptional client relations and ensuring the campus food service program goals align with client needs
• can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change‑management
• confidence in presenting business strategies and updates to executive stakeholders
