At Bumble Bee Home Services, we deliver five-star HVAC, Plumbing, and Drain services across the Valley. Our technicians are the face of the company — but behind every five-star review is a warehouse and fleet operation that runs flawlessly.

We are looking for a high-accountability, operations-driven leader who takes pride in precision, speed, and organization.

This isn’t a “stock shelves and call it a day” role.
This is the backbone of daily execution.

You will oversee and protect one of our company’s largest assets — our service fleet.

• Manage all service trucks: maintenance, repairs, inspections
• Ensure trucks are fueled, clean, and fully stocked daily
• Maintain vehicle records (registration, insurance, compliance)
• Oversee GPS tracking for accountability and efficiency
• Coordinate onboarding and decommissioning of vehicles
• Perform weekly truck inventory audits
• Handle minor repairs proactively before they become major problems

• Stage parts daily for service calls and installs
• Maintain accurate inventory levels (no shortages, no overstock chaos)
• Manage uniforms, PPE, and safety equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
• Implement systems that improve flow and reduce downtime

We need someone who runs a tight ship — not controlled chaos.

When technicians need something fast — you’re the solution.

• Deliver parts, tools, and specialty equipment to job sites
• Support urgent field requests
• Act as the bridge between warehouse and field teams
• Eliminate downtime and keep revenue moving

You are a direct contributor to daily production numbers.

• 2+ years in warehouse, fleet, or service operations (HVAC/Plumbing preferred)
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Experienced with inventory and fleet software systems
• Safety-first mindset
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean record
• Proactive, self-managed, and solutions-oriented
