• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Positive, personable, and detail‑oriented.
• Sales background strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching, developing, and motivating staff.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
