Arizona The District Manager position contributes to Nekter Juice Bar’s success by directing and educating the General Managers within their specified district on their store operations. The district manager must provide clear direction and leadership to help the store management drive sales, manage budget, and ensure profitability. You should have experience leading multiple stores, because you’ll also be responsible for ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and measuring the financial performance of all of the locations in your area.

RESPONSIBILITIES Sales/Customer Service Accountable for sales growth within the district and assist the General Managers in developing and reaching their sales goals

Responds pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations

Maintains and drives high standards and expectations of customer service by empowering store teams

Is sales driven and generates a sales environment in stores through customer engagement

Store Operations Routinely visits assigned stores through district, ensuring Nekter’s policies and procedures are properly executed

Sets up and maintains cost and labor controls through scheduling and reviews

Monitors controllable store expenses for profitability

Responsible for store management supervision including but not limited to providing direction to the team, corrective counseling, and conducting meaningful performance evaluations.

Staffs, trains, and organizes the openings of new Nekter Juice Bar store’sConducts regularly scheduled District wide meetings to provide direction, communicate Nekter’s initiatives, reviews sales plans, promotions, and other key actions.

Product Knowledge Educate General Managers on all products and services

Consistently maintains the highest quality of product standards to consistently deliver the Nekter Experience Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications3-5 years as a Area or District Manager in food service

High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred3 or more years of management experience

Direct supervision of 3 or more stores/units

Responsibility for training and developing teams

Excellent communication skills

Responsibility over a P&L, inventory management, budget, and sales targets

Responsibility for training and developing teams

Strong leadership skills

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Ability  to handle confidential and sensitive information
