As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Qualifications- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Must be 18 years or older
Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance‑based bonuses. Our company prides itself on promoting from within, and you may eventually become a franchisee.
