Floating Business Manager
Are you a friendly and experienced assistant manager who loves working in different locations? PCRK Group is seeking a Floating Business Manager to join our team. As a Floating Business Manager, you will work across multiple locations within the PCRK Group, supporting the Senior General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
Responsibilities- Manage and motivate staff across various locations
- Support operational excellence and goal achievement
- Assist in training staff and managing customer service standards
- Experience at an assistant management level
- Proven track record in goal management
- Strong sales and customer service experience in retail
- Experience in staff training
- Spa management experience (Highly Preferred)
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong administrative and back-office skills
