Entry‑level Manufacturing Associate I. Responsible for learning and executing production processes to manufacture small parts of low to medium complexity using tweezers, microscopes, hand presses, and other bench‑top tools. Tasks include assembly, reading routers, following work instructions and drawings, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a team environment to optimize output, ensure quality, assist others, and promote safety awareness.
- Perform operations for low‑to‑medium complexity products using a microscope and other small bench‑top tools.
- Carry out routine maintenance on required equipment.
- Identify parts and demonstrate good manual dexterity to produce parts to required quality and quantity.
- Read and understand blueprints, part identification, and record data according to router, work instructions, and drawings.
- Inspect products to identify good from bad and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Know performance metrics and work toward targeted objectives.
- Proactively report any part, process, or equipment issues as soon as they become aware.
Working at a table with small parts, tools, and a microscope throughout the shift.
Education & ExperienceHigh School or General Education Diploma.
Shift5:00 am – 13:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
CompensationHourly rate: $20.00 – $23.50, varying with location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
