- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, production, machining, fabrication, assembly, or industrial operations experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and operational processes.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and quality management systems.
- Experience managing machine shop, assembly, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with workforce planning, budgeting, and capital equipment planning.
- Experience with Syteline or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in engineer‑to‑order, custom manufacturing, or industrial equipment environments.
- Knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing methods, and quality systems.
