Quality Supervisor

Production environments include precision machining of optical array components, RF connector housing fabrication, plating, precision component fabrication, and precision assembly.
Key responsibilities include supervising quality inspectors, overseeing inspection, testing, metrology, and calibration, partnering with leadership to drive plant goals related to quality, cost, WIP, safety, and responsiveness, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance.
Experience/education required includes a B.S. in Engineering or Science, minimum of 5+ years quality, engineering, or operations experience within a manufacturing environment, and at least 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
