Aurora Glendale is a 100‑bed free‑standing Level 1 acute psychiatric facility in Arizona, providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substance‑use challenges.

• Willing to work a 12‑hour minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Both night shifts and day shift available
• Additional shifts are often available

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Educate patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff
  
  Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high‑quality care
