Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neuro Trauma Progressive Care Unit at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona. This full-time position offers a $10K Sign-On Bonus and requires working three 12-hour shifts per week.
The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population, specializing in Neuro and Trauma conditions. Strong critical thinking skills and effective communication are essential. Preferred candidates will have acute care experience and a Bachelor's degree.
