Aurora Glendale is a 100-bed free‑standing Level 1 acute psychiatric facility in Arizona, we provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substance‑use challenges.

• Willing to work a 12 hour minimum of 4 shifts per month
• Both Night shifts and Day shift available
• Additional shifts are often available

As a Psychiatric RN, you will be an essential part of our clinical team, providing safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based care.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
• Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
• Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high‑quality care
