Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management
Glendale, AZ | Part-Time
AZ Pain Doctors is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Pain Management practice in Glendale. This role is essential to delivering high-quality care to patients throughout Arizona.
The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and managing chronic pain conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing excellent patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and imaging reviews
- Diagnose and manage chronic pain conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines
- Educate patients on treatment plans and diagnostic results
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
- Respond to patient questions and care-related messages
- Collaborate with physicians regarding interventional pain management procedures
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Active DEA and CDS licenses
- Previous Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
- Pain management or outpatient clinic experience preferred
- EMR proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office (E-Clinical Works experience a plus)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Two days a week (Days of the week TBD)
- No nights or weekends

- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
