We are seeking a Director of Nursing – Med Surg/Telemetry who is committed to excellence in patient care, team development, and clinical leadership. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will help drive quality, safety, and operational excellence across multiple inpatient units.

As a key member of the nursing leadership team, you will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and elevate nursing practice across assigned areas. You will play a vital role in:

• Providing leadership for multiple inpatient nursing units
• Supporting strategic planning, coordination, and execution of nursing services
• Ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care
• Developing and mentoring clinical staff and future leaders
• Overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
• Serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession
• Maintaining 24/7 accountability for assigned units

We’re looking for a leader who inspires excellence and brings both clinical and operational strength to the team.

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited school + BSN in a healthcare-related field OR BSN in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting (Manager, Charge Nurse, or equivalent leadership role)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead hospital operations and nursing teams effectively
