Advanced Health Care of Glendale is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care in our Glendale facility. You will assess health status, implement plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to promote safety and well‑being.
The role is full-time, weekdays, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and participate in care conferences to support quality resident outcomes.
