A stable, well‑known specialty clinic in Glendale is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Orthopedic, Neurology, and Pain Management team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong earning potential, excellent clinicians, experienced support staff, and exposure to a high‑demand specialty patient population.
Compensation includes a $130,000–$180,000 base salary plus bonus potential, with some providers earning $200,000+ annually.
This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of orthopedic, neurology, pain management, spine, PM&R, urgent care, primary care, or related APP experience are preferred.

- Provide outpatient care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine, musculoskeletal, and pain‑related conditions
- Perform patient evaluations, follow‑ups, and treatment plan reviews
- Assist with management of acute and chronic pain conditions
- Review imaging, diagnostic testing, and clinical findings
- Support non‑operative orthopedic and spine care
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, procedures, and follow‑up care
- Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support continuity of care in a team‑based specialty clinic setting
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona
- Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
- NP or PA certification, as applicable
- Interest in orthopedic, neurology, spine, and pain management care
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- New graduates welcome
- 2–3 years of relevant APP experience preferred
