United Health Group is seeking a part-time Infusion Nurse to provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients at Flex Care Infusion Center in Surprise and Goodyear, AZ.
Shifts are Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:00am–4:30pm, with NP supervision for reaction monitoring and documentation. The role includes preparing sterile medications, supporting order entry, lab review, protocol updates, and ongoing quality assurance. Opportunities to obtain BLS/CPR, licensing, and ONS within 90 days.
