Travel Nurse - RN - Operating Room

Role Overview

An Operating Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing specialized perioperative patient care in a travel nursing capacity.

• Deliver direct patient care during surgical procedures within a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and respond to patient responses before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper stocking of operating rooms.
• Transport patients and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Share on-call duties with a quick response time and perform other assigned duties.

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; certifications may be required based on facility.
• Strong interpersonal, technical, and cognitive skills to manage interactions, operate equipment, and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift equipment, move patients, and perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and under supervision.
