Certifications:
Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor
Active BLS certification from an approved vendor
Must-Have:
No hits on the state license to practice
Driver's license to verify residency
CVICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months
Weekend and holiday rotation required
Possible call and float to support units
All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept
Description:
Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments. RTO must be clearly outlined and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment. All candidates must list all facilities they are willing to work in. All shifts they are willing to work must be specified. All departments experienced and willing to work in must be listed.
Immediate communication is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Travel experience is highly preferred. Candidates must adhere strictly to all background check standards.
