Honor Health's Neuro Care Unit in Deer Valley, Phoenix, is seeking an experienced RN to provide skilled nursing care on the night shift. The RN applies ANA standards, documents patient data, administers medications, and helps with diagnostics and rehab planning.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop care plans, teach patients and families, and participate in continuous learning to improve outcomes. Requires 1+ year med-surg/acute care RN, BLS, AZ license; BSN preferred.
