Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience in NICU required
- BLS and NRP certification
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate care to staff members.
- Support quality and safety initiatives within the unit.
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and manage resources effectively.
Compliance / Notes
Parks in designated areas; scrubs are navy blue.
